Natalie joined the team in February 2015. Born and raised in Whitby she has extensive knowledge of Whitby and the surrounding areas, she has a strong connection to the town and the fishing community. She has been 'headhunted' from the local newspaper after working there for over 5 years and her knowledge of the marketplace, advertising and marketing techniques will be a great help to the firm.

Natalie gained a Diploma in Advanced Business administration level 3 along with Legal and medical word terminology processes. AMPSPAR training and computer software programming. She is also trained in Google Adword technology and email marketing. She has just sucessfully completed her A level in the sale of residential property and advanced award in property defects. She is an undoubted burst of energy, taking great pride in her work and is determined to make her mark on the Whitby property scene.

Heather Zink

Senior Sales Consultant

Before joining the team in October 2016, Heather had worked within the advertising department of a regional publishing group. Over the years Heather has trained in all forms of multi media advertising including; websites, Google Adwords, email marketing, advert design and planning to name a few. Living and working within Whitby for over 20 years her knowledge of the local area is excellent. Heather is professional, organised and friendly with great customer service skills. 

Isabelle Lloyd

Starting as a Saturday girl back in 2009, Isabelle (Izy) temporarily left the business to finish off her education and focus on her studies at University in York. Whilst there, she worked in Sales to continue to build on her Customer Service.  After successfully completing her degree, she returned home to start her own family in the area that she loves; returning to Astin’s in 2016 as a full time Residential Sales Consultant. Excelling in interpersonal and communication skills, Izy prides herself on always being a friendly face to welcome you into our office. She works for both Astin’s and our sister company Whitby Holiday Cottages, giving her expertise in both aspects of the business. With strong family ties, a love for our company and a wealth of knowledge about Whitby and the surrounding areas she will find the perfect property to suit your needs.

Sara Lemmy, the Residential Lettings Manager joined Astins in June 2014. Sara has lived in the area for 20 plus years and therefore has an extensive knowledge of Whitby and the surrounding area. Having worked for many years in exacting administrative environment her organisational skills are exemplary.
